These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the All The Small Things Handyman website and services, including our online job request form and related text communications. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide handyman and home repair services in and around the areas we serve. Submitting a form request is an inquiry, not a binding contract for work. Quotes, scheduling, and final pricing are confirmed after we review the job and, when needed, inspect the site.

3. Job requests and quotes

You agree to provide accurate contact and job information. We may decline work we cannot safely or lawfully perform. Estimates are based on the details you give and may change if conditions differ on site.

4. Text messages (SMS)

By submitting the contact form and agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you consent to receive service-related text messages about your inquiry (for example scheduling, quotes, and job updates). Message frequency is low and depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to text is not a condition of purchasing services if you prefer another contact method we offer.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or form (including spam, false information, or attempts to disrupt our systems). We may refuse service or block submissions that appear abusive or fraudulent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All The Small Things Handyman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or delays in responding to inquiries. Work performed under a separate agreement is governed by that agreement and applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
