We know it takes a lot to let a stranger into your home. But if we're not BFF's by the end of our visit then it wasn't a successful visit.

Rates
We charge a flat rate based on our abilities. No inflated bids, no high profit margins, no crazy service fees. Just an hourly rate billed for the time we're there.
$150/hr for scheduled work
$225/hr for emergency work

It's literally our name. There's plenty of companies looking for the big ticket projects. We prefer the small stuff that makes a big impact.

We understand what it takes to get a property sold and we're here to help. If a couple small projects in a tight window means the deal gets done then you can count on us to deliver.
